Cancelled events
If we cancel an event you get a full refund to the wallet or card you paid with, within [confirm] working days.
Changed date
If an event moves, your ticket is valid for the new date or you can ask for a refund within 7 days of the announcement [confirm].
Change of plans
Tickets are non-refundable if the event goes ahead [confirm].
