What we collect
Your name, phone number, email if you give it, and what you booked or bought. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your wallet PIN or card number.
Why
To issue tickets, confirm bookings, let you in at the door and contact you about your visit. Marketing messages only if you opt in.
Who sees it
Chapter One staff with a reason to (hospitality, door, finance), our payment provider, and our messaging provider for WhatsApp and email. We do not sell your data.
How long
Booking and ticket records are kept for accounting for [confirm] years, then deleted.
